When you use the extraction demo, your browser resizes the selected image and sends it to the ZapOCR Cloudflare Worker. The Worker stores the resized image in Cloudflare R2 for admin review, logs the requested field names, document type hint, custom instructions, model response, and extraction metadata in Cloudflare D1, and forwards the image to Gemini so the model can extract text.

Pohrana

ZapOCR keeps extraction logs that include the resized uploaded image, extracted values, confidence scores, evidence notes, model name, timing, quota state, country code, user agent, and a pseudonymous requester identifier. Field definitions, such as Content or Invoice Date, are stored in your browser local storage so they can be reused on future visits.

Kvota besplatnih skeniranja

Kako bi proveo ograničenje od 10 besplatnih skeniranja, ZapOCR sprema anonimni brojač kvote u Cloudflare Durable Objects koristeći hash informacija o zahtjevu, kao što su IP adresa i korisnički agent preglednika. Izvorna IP adresa ne pohranjuje se u ZapOCR-u. Ako se prijavite, Worker provjerava vaš Firebase ID token i sprema korištenje skeniranja nakon prijave pomoću hasha vašeg Firebase korisničkog ID-a.

Obrada treće strane

Gemini obrađuje prenesene slike i upute za vraćanje OCR rezultata. Nemojte prenositi slike koje sadrže osjetljive podatke osim ako vam nije dopušteno poslati ih pružatelju modela.

Payments and scan credits

If you buy scan packs, Stripe processes the payment and sends confirmation metadata to ZapOCR so paid scan credits can be added to your quota ledger.
